Wild Crumb + Conservation Grains

Conservation Grains believes in regenerative agriculture - Regenerative Agriculture is a system of farming principles and practices that increases biodiversity, enriches soils, improves watersheds, and enhances ecosystem services. Regenerative Agriculture aims to capture carbon in soil and aboveground biomass, reversing current global trends of atmospheric accumulation.

The freshly milled Flowers from the Front that CG sources from Montana area farmers are used by Wild Crumb, among many others, in Bozeman. Wild Crumb uses the flower in the sourdough wheat loaves beautifully created by the talented team at Wild Crumb. A big thank you to the bakers at WC who let me take photos!
